Registration information

Fees

All participants must pay the relevant participation fee in order to attend the IATUR 2011 Conference. Annual membership dues may also be paid in concordance with conference fees in one online payment.

The first number shown is the rate up to and including 15 June, and the second is the rate after 15 June. If you reserve before 15 June but do not pay until after 15 June, you will be liable to pay the higher rate.

*Registration includes a complimentary pre-registration drink, entrance to conference sessions, lunches and tea breaks, a place at the conference banquet, a conference pack and associated materials, and an electronic copy of all conference proceedings.

Accommodation

Rooms at St Catherine’s have private shower and toilet facilities and are adjacent to the conference venue. Your stay includes free cooked buffet breakfasts and 3-course dinners. People staying at St Catherine’s on the days before or days immediately following the conference receive a cooked buffet breakfast in their accommodation cost. There are a very limited number of twin rooms reserved; please only choose this option if you intend to share the room with another person (friend at the conference, partner, accompanying person). Free WiFi is included for all St Catherine's residents. Check-in time is after 2pm, check-out before 10am.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email stating your intent to cancel to sarah.forrest@sociology.ox.ac.uk.

• Requests received by 1 May 2011 will incur no cancellation fee.
• Requests received by 1 June 2011 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Requests received by 1 July 2011 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Requests received after 15 July 2011 cannot be processed.

We recommend that participants PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover the cost of any unforeseen cancellations or travel delays.

Travel Assistance

The local organisers have a very limited amount of funds to assist with conference costs. As the UK government has required up to 40% budget cuts across the education and various government sectors, we are unlikely to be offer more than token assistance.
