St Catherine’s College is next-door to the conference venue, the Manor Road Building. Teas and meals will take place in this college.

We have negotiated a conference accommodation rate in St Catherine’s halls of residence. This college is within walking distance of the Oxford city centre and many local attractions. We anticipate that most conference participants requiring accommodation will stay in the college. Rooms at St Catherine’s have private shower and toilet facilities, are adjacent to the conference venue, and your accommodation fees include breakfast and dinner on Monday and Wednesday evenings. People staying at St Catherine’s on the days before and immediately following the conference receive breakfast included in their accommodation cost. There are a very limited number of twin rooms reserved; please only choose this option if you intend to share the room with another person (friend at the conference, partner, accompanying person). Free WiFi is included for all St Catherine's residents.

Check-in time is after 2pm, check-out before 10am.

A number of conference participants not staying at St Catherine's have chosen the Isis Guest House, which is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue.
